Homemade Sour Cherries Liqueur -Griotka

Griotka is a sweet fruit liqueur from France, which is prepared from distillate and cherries.

You can use griotka in the preparation of mixed cocktails,

 drink it chilled, or make a hot drink from it to warm you up.

Supplies

2 kg sour cherries

1 kg sugar

1/2 liter vodka

1/2 liter rum

Step 1:

1-add sour cherries and sugar

2-add vodka 

3-add rum

Step 2:

4-sour cherries cover with alcohol leave in dark room or shelves for 6-8 weeks,

after that strain and pour into clear bottles.

PS if the liqueur is too sweet, you can dilute it with vodka
