Introduction: Hot Mettwurst Tortilla Pizza Cake With Gouda & Parmesan Cheese Recipe
Ingredients:
6 tortilla wraps
4 mettwurst sausages
150g cherry tomatoes
100g gouda cheese
100g parmesan cheese
1 cup creme fraiche
1 onion
50g jalapenos
50g olives
salt, pepper & paprika
Step 1: The Sauce
Cut the sausages & the cherry tomatoes in pieces. Cut the onion in half moons. Fry the mettwurst with a bit oil in a hot pan stir a few minutes and add the onions. Stir a few minutes and add the cherry tomatoes. Stir again a few minutes turn down the heat and give the crema fraiche and the parmesan cheese to it and mix everything.
Step 2: Preparation
Place a tortilla wrap in an oven spring form and give a bit sauce on it. Lay a few olives and jalapeno slices on it. Scatter a bit gouda cheese on top. Now make a few more layers like this.
Step 3: Finish
Put the form in the oven at 150 degrees celsius circulating air for about 20 minutes. Now grab a piece and enjoy. Look at my other work.
