Introduction: Hot Paprika Omelette Recipe
Ingredients:
1 paprika
4 small eggs
50g sundried tomatoes
50g jalapeno slices
50ml milk
50g breadcrumbs
salt, pepper
Step 1: Preparation
Cut the paprika in slices and remove the seeds. Cut the jalapeno slices and the sundried tomatoes in small pieces. Give the milk in a measuring cup and add salt, pepper, eggs, sundried tomatoe & jalapeno pieces and the breadcrumbs. Mix everything together. Place the paprika rings in a hot pan with a bit oil and fry them a minute. Now fill egg mix in the paprika rings.
Step 2: Finish
After a few minutes turn them and fry them till they look good on both sides. Now it is time to enoy. Look at my other work.

Sounds and looks like a delicious idea! I grew some variety of stuffing pepper one year; bet they would've been great for this.
