Pencil Paper clip Rubberband

Step 2:

Bend the paper clip in a sideways u formation.

Step 3:

Put the rubber band on the straight top and bottom.

Step 4:

Twist the sides around the rubber band

Step 5:

Now put the pencil on the rubber band and launch!
