I made a sonic screwdriver a while back and I figured that doctor who's psychic paper would go great with it! So I messed around for a while and finally got the right look to it. Follow these steps on how to make it for yourself!

Step 1: What You'll Need

You will need the following:

black fabric
hot glue gun
card stock
white paper
a ruler
scissors
a pen

Step 2: Cutting the Right Size Paper.

I first cut out 2 rectangles of card stock that were 5 inches by 3 inches. Then, I cut out a smaller rectangle that was 2 1/2 inches by 4 1/2 inches out of white paper.

Step 3: Fabric Time!

Now, I cut out 2 rectangles of black fabric that were the same size as the 2 big rectangles of card stock put together and I glued them to both sides of the card stock. Basically, you wrap the 2 rectangles in 2 rectangles of cloth.

Step 4: White Paper!

Finally, I glued the white paper to the top half of the inside of the black, cloth, wallet-like thing and I folded it in half and that is the finished product! Enjoy!
