As a child, my favorite flavor of ice cream was hands down Mint Chocolate Chip. I loved the coolness and refreshing flavors of the mint and who doesn't love chocolate. However, as I have grown older, I have began to appreciate the more natural flavor of mint. You have to enjoy the herbal essence of mint instead of the fake peppermint that most people think of. The vegan mint chocolate ice cream requires no special machine minus a blender. If you have recipe you would like to see me make, let me know in the comments below. If you are allergic to bananas, you can use my vegan coconut ice cream recipe as a base, but you do need an ice cream maker for that one. (http://bit.ly/VeganCoconutIceCream)
