Introduction: How to Set Up a Habitat for Your Blue Belly Lizard
Materials, lizard (mine is named Mr. Liz), small log house (for your lizard to hide in),bedding, egg carton, crickets, slice of potatoe, dead flies (food for lizard), rocks, water dish, food bowl, plants, heating timer, a heating bulb, and a heating lamp.
Step 1:
Add bedding.
Step 2:
Add rocks.
Step 3:
Add log house.
Step 4:
Add food and water dish.
Step 5:
Add plants, crickets, food, and water......
Step 6:
And last but not least your lizard!!!

I've heard that blue bellies do not do well in captivity, how long has (or did) your lizard lived in captivity?

they usally live 1 to 2 years

No. You don’t really even want to cohab 2 blue bellies unless they are both female.
