How to Boil a Broken Egg

I never thought it would be possible to boil a broken egg, but it is.

Supplies

You already have an egg that is a little bit broken... Then you need food grade plastic film, and obviously water and a kettle.

Step 1: Wrap the Egg in Plastic

Wrap it tightly with food grade plastic film. Try to use as little plastic as possible, it will insulate from heat and extend cooking time.

Step 2: Boil the Egg

It will float, and will also need a little extra time to cook.

Step 3: Enjoy!

One thing to be aware of is that cracks let in oxygennand bacteria, and therefore a broken egg will get spoiled long before normal date of expire.
