How to Curl Hair Using a Flat Iron

Curling hair using a flat iron.

Supplies

Supplies you will need: Flat Iron, Hair Clips, Styling Combs

Step 1: Let Flat Iron Heat Up

You will need to plug in your flat iron. I had mine set at 375 degrees.

Step 2: Section the Hair

While the flat iron heats up you will then section the hair into two sections. Use your styling comb to get a good clean section.

Step 3: Grab a Piece of Hair

Find a piece of hair, clamp the flat iron on the hair towards the top of the strand but not touching the scalp.

Step 4: Start to Turn the Iron Down the Hair

Once the iron is on the hair strand you will drag the iron down the hair, when dragging the iron down the hair you will turn the iron as you drag it down the hair.

Step 5: Repeat Steps Till Finished

You will do these steps till you curl all the hair, it will then look something like this.
