Draw a rectangle for the eye.

color in the eyes and make forehead lines.

Step 11: Neck

Draw 2 lines for the neck under the nose.

Step 12: Hat

Draw a teardrop shape then a half oval shape for the hat.

Step 13: Finish Hat

Draw an anchor on his hat.

Step 14: Finish
