How to Make Birthday Cap

Chart Paper, Computer Paper, Pencil, Glue, thread and Scissors

Step 1:

Take piece of 14" quarter circle of chart paper.

Step 2:

Roll the corners of chart paper and make a cone shape.

Step 3:

Cut two different sizes of circle of computer paper, and paste it on the cap.

Step 4:

Take a piece of computer paper and roll it on thread. And paste it on the cap.

Step 5:

Take a piece of computer paper roll it and paste it on the top of cap.
