Introduction: How to Make Oreo Muffins

In this instructable, I will show you how to make Oreo Muffins.

Step 1: Ingredients

You are going to need:

25 oreos
1 3/4 c all purpose flour

1/4 c melted butter

1/2 c sugar

1 egg

1 tbsp baking powder

1 c sour cream

1/2 tsp salt

3/4 c milk

Step 2: Crush the Cookies

Put the cookies into a baggy and crush them.

Step 3: 1 Bowl

In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt together.

Step 4: 2nd Bowl

In another bowl, combine the milk, egg and sour cream together.

Step 5: Back to Only One Bowl

Now, combine both mixtures and bring in the melted butter to the mix. Stir everything up.

Step 6: Time to Bring in the Namesake

Fold in the oreo (or other sandwich cookie of your choosing) cookies.

Step 7: Almost Done!

Fill up muffin cups 3/4 of the way.

Step 8: Bake!

Bake in an oven that's been preheated to 400° for 20-25 minutes, or until the center is completely done.

Step 9: Cool It Down!

Remove from the oven and place on a wire rack to cool.

Step 10: Enjoy!
