Here are the steps of making TNT look blue while blinking

Step 1: Water

Go to a place with lots of water...

Step 2: Going Deeper

Go deeper and deeper till you reach the ground...

Step 3: TNT

Now put as many as TNT you want to put on the ground...

Step 4: Tool to TNT

Tap on Flint and steel... Now they appear in your hand...

Step 5: Blowing TNT

Now Tap on the TNT you want to blow...They will blink white and blue not white and red as they blink on upper surface of ground...
