Introduction: How to Make a Boho Dreamcatcher

About: I'm pretty much a buddhist hippie, a flower child per say. At least this is what my friends and family say.

Supplies

-Ring of any material as long as it is sturdy

-Thick string and then a thin string

-Hot glue (optional)

-If hot glue is not a available, tying is also an option

-Beads (optional but they look great)

-Feathers

Step 1: Step 1: Wrap the Ring

Use the thick string to wrap around the ring in tight spirals. I am using Natural jute because I like the way it looks but you can use anything you want. To start it, tie a knot at the top and then wrap. After it is all wrapped, tie another knot if you don't have glue. If you do, glue the original knot and the last of the string together. Make sure that there is 2-3 inches left to make a loop.

Step 2: Step 2: Thin Thread to Make the Loops

Take the second thread and tie it where you had started the original. Wrap it around the hoop at certain points to make any shape you want. Then you can re-loop around the strings to make the web more intricate. I made mine simple. You can add beads as you go. When you are finished with the web, cut and tie. Then cut out a long section of the string for your feathers.

Step 3: Step 3: Add Decorations

Take your pick of feathers and beads and add them to the extra string. You can tie or glue them on to make them stay, it is up to you.

Step 4: Step 4: Enjoy!

Hopefully this was an easy tutorial as this is my first. Hope everyone has found their way easily and has turned out with their own new dreamcatcher!
