Introduction: How to Make a Cardboard Football Field #hms 2020

Hello, and today we will be watching the Super Bowl. Ha you guys fell for it haha. Anyways, today I will be showing you guys how to make a cardboard football stadium.

Supplies

  • Cardboard
  • Scissors
  • Tape or glue
  • Colored Paper
  • Markers

Step 1: Cut the Cardboard Pieces

For the first step we will be cutting 4 pieces of cardboard. They each need to be 18 by 10. It doesn't matter if it's not perfect because nobody can cut it perfectly. For this I have been using a big box which you can see next to the piece of cardboard.

Step 2: Creating the Field

For the field we will first need to take out the colored paper that is needed. You need two green papers and one colored paper of your choice. You need to cover the cardboard with the green paper, but leave about 3 and one-half inches on either end of the cardboard. Once you are done you cover the two ends of the cardboard with your choice of colored paper. Then you need to make 9 little lines on each side of the field. Then you make a symbol in the middle of any kind.

Step 3: Making the Field Goals

For the field goals you need to cut them out. The way to do it is to cut out a line and add a "U" to the top. Then you color them yellow. Then you will need to tape them onto the touchdown spot(endzone).

Step 4: Making the Bleachers

You will need to take the two pieces of 18 by 10 inches and fold them in half hot dog style. Then you will take four pieces(2 on each bleacher) of 5 by 5 and tape it to the sides. Then you tape the bleachers to the sides of the field. Voiillaa! The football field is complete.

Step 5: Conclusion

There you go guys, that is my Cardboard Football Field. If you want to try this you might rage. It took me 2 hours to make the field goals. In all this took me 4-6 hours, with me taking 3 hours on the field goals. Well, that is my Instructable.
