Introduction: How to Make a Simple and Delicious Brownie Ice-cream Sandwich

This is an easy and fast way to make some delicious brownie ice cream-sandwiches whit oreos inside, they are not over-complicated so kids can join in and enjoy baking and parents can relax with a few ingredient recipe.

Supplies

  • 1/3 cups of olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp of water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 box of brownie mix
  • 2 pack of oreos
  • Yoghurt ice cream ( or ice cream of preference)
  • Glass pan

Step 1: Wet Ingredients

Add the oil, water and eggs (Ingredient list for measurements) into a large bowl and mix until homogeneous.

Step 2: Brownies!

Add in the brownie mix and combine with the wet ingredients until it is a creamy brown paste.

Grease your glass container.

Then arrange the oreos at the bottom of the pan and pour in the paste, the oreos could also be inserted between two layers of dough.

Step 3: Baking

Preheat the over at 180 C and bake for around 40 minutes.

After the brownies are done cut them into even pieces.

Step 4: Make Some Sandwiches!

Slice your individual brownies in half and put your ice cream of preference between the two pieces.
