How to Place an Order on the Starbucks Mobile App

This Instructable will show you how to successfully place an order on the Starbucks mobile app.

Note: You will need to download the app and create an account before following these instructions.

Step 1: Begin an Order

After selecting the Starbucks mobile app, select Order (circled) at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2: Choose Your Store and Select a Menu Item

After selecting Order, make sure that you are ordering from the store you would like to pick up from (1). You can change the selected store by opening the menu (circled) at the bottom of the screen.
Then, go through the menu (2) to find the item you want.

Step 3: Build Your Menu Item and Your Order

After selecting a menu item, make any customizations you would like including size options, modifying what is already included, and selecting further customizations.

Repeat for any additional items.

Once you are happy with your choices, select Add to Order (circled).

Step 4: Review Your Order

After adding all of the menu items you want to your order, select the bag icon (circled) in the bottom-right corner to review your order.

Step 5: Submit Your Order

You will be asked to choose whether you want to pick up your order In Store or from the Drive-thru (circled). Select either option (1).

Once you are satisfied with all of your choices select Checkout (2). This button will also show you your order total (circled).

Note: You will now need to go to the Starbucks store you ordered from to pick up your order. If you chose to pick up in-store, head to the pickup counter inside. If you chose to pick up in the Drive-thru, pull up to the order screen and let the barista know you are picking up a mobile order. Then, you're done! Enjoy.
