So lets get juicing!

Step 1: Ingredients:

1 Beet, peeled

500g Carrots, peeled

1kg Oranges, peeled

Step 2: Directions:

1. Roughly chop the beet, carrots and oranges. When peeling and chopping the beet, use gloves and apron to avoid staining your hands and clothes.

2. Throw them in a juicer and in about 2 minutes you will end up with this delicious healthy juice.

    Yes it is very healthy, but you make the biggest mistake possible. NEVER peel your beet/carrots/orange. Cut them into small pieces and juice them. 90% of your vitamins are in the skin. Be careful, raw beet root is the very best remedy for high blood pressure. If you have to much, your blood pressure will drop to low.

    If you can't sleep, take one banana, skin and all, wash, cut top and head off, cut in to pieces, one cup of milk, one to two spoons of raw honey and juice. drink and go to sleep. the potassium in the banana, milk and honey will also still your restless legs
