Jack Feuerstein Automata

Introduction: Jack Feuerstein Automata

These were the tools used to create the automata. Unfortunately, I couldn't find our glue gun, so I had to use Elmer's Glue which takes much longer to dry and significantly increased the time it took to build.

Step 1: Base Construction

First I cut and glued together circles of cardboard to act as gears and put them on a straw, and cut out the base of the Automata.

Step 2: Finishing Construction

Then I cut out the two 15in by 9in pieces to frame the automata and attached them with the straw to the base. Next I took the cardboard with holes for the straws and glued it on top. Finally I put straws in the holes and made sure they lined up with the gears.
