Introduction: Jack Snacks
Want an absolutely delicious Quick-N-Easy appetizer for your next party? Then these delicious bites are for you.
Step 1: Ingredients
1 cup shredded Colby & Monterrey Jack cheese
1 medium jalapeno, sliced real thin (I used peppers from my garden that I canned earlier this year)
Step 2: Instructions
Preheat oven to 350º
Place a sheet of parchment paper on a cookie sheet
Using a tablespoon, scoop up 1 T of cheese and make a small pile on the parchment
Repeat 15 more times
Place a slice of jalapeno on top of each pile
Put a bit of cheese over the pepper
Pop into 350º oven for about 10 minutes
Allow them to completely cool before removing from the pan for best results
