Introduction: Jalens Instructable

This is a how-to for my Instructable 2

Supplies

Autodesk Inventor

Step 1: Step 1: Add Base Dimensions

after you have used the rectangle tool to draw out a base, then use dimension tool and make the length 136 and the height 78

Step 2: Step 2: Make a Cut

make the cut using the line tool and the dimension tool. the image above shows you need to make the cut 48 across. once you get the needed shape you just need to make the extrusion, and cut it out of the shape.

Step 3: Step 3: Filet

use the filet tool on the corners of the shape.

Step 4: Step 4: Cutting Holes

Use the circle tool to create the wholes. get the correct measurements on one side of the shape. Once you are sure everything is correct you use the mirror tool and the circles will match the other side of the shape.

Step 5: Step 5: First Shape

the shape should look like this when finished!

Step 6: Step 6: Start With a Base

use the circle tool and place it in the center with the correct diameter

Step 7: Step 7: Extrusion

Make and extrusion of 55mm

Step 8: Step 8: Extrusion

Make another extrusion 78 mm

Step 9: Step 9: Middle Extrusion and Filet

Us the Filet tool on the middle part of the shape

Step 10: Step 10: Filet

Add another filet at 3mm

Step 11: Step 11: Extrusion

This is the diameter of the circle in the middle to enable the extrusion

Step 12: Step 12: Base

Create a base with the circle tool at 100!

Step 13: Step 13: Add 2 More

Add 2 more circles to the shape. The bigger one dimension is 36 and the smaller one is 24

Step 14: Step 14: Start the Extrusion

make another extrusion of 10 mm

Step 15: Step 15: Extrusion

Make an extrusion with the two circles you previously recorded at 30 mm

Step 16: Step 16: Extrusion

Make another extrusion where the image above suggest 20 mm.

Step 17: Step 17: Wheel Range

Make the radius 97, leading to extrusion and filet

Step 18: Step 18: Filet

Use the filet tool around the top circular shape of the wheel

Step 19: Step 19: Finished

you have completed the wheel

Step 20: Step 20: Assembly

once finished with all of your shapes, put each shape into a drawing format. The shape needs to have a shaded iso and the other sides unshaded. The shape needs to have dimensions on it.
