Step 1: Tools and Materials

  • Cardboard sheets (850x850 mm, 4 mm thickness)
  • Ruler
  • Pencil
  • Paper knife
  • Awl
  • Scissors
  • Needle file (emery cloth)
  • Cardboard bender
  • Wooden board (as a base for cutting operations)

All the drawings are in millimeters (mm).

We need to draw all the parts on cardboard sheets. To do this I recommend to print drawings in a real scale (1:1) on plain paper (A4) and then transfer them to a cardboard using awl.

Step 3: Cut Parts Out of Cardboard

Cut parts using paper knife and wooden board (as a base).

Step 4: Assembly

Bend parts in appropriate places (using special bender or manually) and connect them according to a scheme with a assembly sequence.

Step 5: Done!

Wear the helmet get a sword and seek for a dragon ;-)
