Step 1: Step 1 : Prepare
Things you need:
- LED MAX7219 Red Dot Matrix Module ( How many depends on how long the sentence you want)
- Jumper wires F/M
- Arduino Uno board
Step 2: Step 2 : Assemble
Connect the wire and the LED MAX7219 Red Dot Matrix Module onto the board exactly the same as the picture.
Step 3: Step 3 : the Code
Upload the file into your Arduino. You can modify whatever you want.

Cover the Arduino by a box or a bag and cut a hole for the LED to make it more attractive.
