Introduction: Lasagna for the Picky Eater

In this instructable, I will show you how to make lasagna for the picky eater.

Step 1: Ingredients


1 lb lean ground beef

9 lasagna noodles

1 32oz jar of spaghetti sauce

1 small white onion

1/8 tsp pepper

1/2 c water

1 garlic clove

8 oz mozzarella cheese

Step 2: Chop!

Chop the onion into small pieces

Step 3: Mince!

Mince the garlic

Step 4: Grate!

Grate the cheese.

Step 5: Boil!

Cook the noodles as instructed on the package.

Step 6: Cook!

In a skillet set to medium high heat, combine the beef, pepper, garlic and onion and cook until the beef is browned.

Step 7: Saucy...

Add the spaghetti sauce, the water and 1 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese to the beef and mix it all together.

Step 8: Noodle Time

Spray non-stick cooking spray on a 9x13 baking dish.

Place three noodles in the dish and top with 1/3 of the meat mixture. Repeat the process two more times.

Step 9: Cheesy!

Top the meat mixture with the rest of the cheese.

Step 10: Bake!

Bake in an oven that's been preheated to 400° for 30 minutes.

Step 11: Enjoy!
