Introduction: Leek Ham and Cheese Mini Quiche
A few of my friends wanted to put my culinary skills to a test. I wanted to bake for them something satisfying that can be eaten as finger food, not too heavy on the stomach and great for a picnic, a day spent in nature, laying by the beach or by a pool. That is when I got an idea of making little quiches in a cup-cake pan. Since my group of friends is composed of vegetarians and meat-eaters alike I decided not to put ham in a portion of the quiches. Enjoy this recipe of healthy and cute little quiches.
