Step 1:

Affix two 2 x 4 pieces along one side of the grey platform. Repeat on opposite side.

Step 2:

Conjoin a 2 x 4 piece to the platform in between the pieces attached before (in step 1). This piece will be going in the opposite direction of how it was attached in step 1. Repeat on opposite side. When finished with this and previous step, the blocks align the platform.

Step 3:

Repeat step 1 on sides adjacent to what step one was completed before. Repeat step 2. When all pieces are fastened, the pieces are in a square, 2 blocks high on top of grey platform.

Step 4:

Repeat step 1 and 2. (not step 3) Step 4 completed, is 3 blocks high on-top of grey platform. Is a solid square with a square hole in the middle.

Step 5:

Attaching onto the innermost pegs/circles, secure 4- 2 x 4 blocks to make a square around the innermost square to attach to.

Step 6:

Connect 2- 2 x 4 blocks in the innermost sqaure available to attach to. When done, there should be 3 levels of "stairs" or 3 sizes of squares (largest on bottom (3 blocks high), middle in the middle, smallest on top) attached to each other.

Step 7:

Put aside. Merge 5- 2 x 2 blocks on top of each other, making a 5 block high tower. Connect a cave woman of liberty on top of tower on one side of top block. Fasten a grey staff with green sphere on top of staff in the woman's left arm. Place the 3 flowers piece in front of woman, on the right side. Connect tower to base (that was set aside). The tower should be centered on top level of base.
