Introduction: Limburger Cordon Bleu Meatloaf Recipe



500g minced meat

200g limburger cheese

half cup breadcrumbs

200g cooked ham

1 egg

salt, pepper & oregano

Step 1: Preparation

Scatter salt & pepper to the meat. Add the breadcrumbs & the egg and stir it together. Form a big square patty and place cooked ham slices on it. Lay limburger slices on it and sprinkle oregano on top. Now roll it to the top and shape it with nice closed ends.

Step 2: Finish

Lay the meatloaf on an plate and put it in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for about 40 minutes.
