Glue dots (size depends on the gem size)

Step 2: Pretty Simple, Right?

Now, stick your glue dot on the back of the gem. Stick the gem anywhere on your Littlest Pet Shop. I put mine as eye piercings, ear piercings, and some other kind of piercing...... Simple!
