Introduction: Low Calorie Tasty Peach Sorbet

This delicious and protein packed peach sorbet recipe is a great & healthy way to enjoy one of our favorite seasonal fruits, peaches. It is a perfect summer time treat to help us cool down with zero guilt. It is 100% vegetarian and you can easily modify this into vegan by replacing egg white with coconut milk.

You can enjoy this whole batch with very little calories. (This batch makes over 1 pint of ice cream/sorbet).

Calorie and macro information for the whole recipe: 152 calories, 27 C, 4 fiber, 14P


Ingredients: 2 medium peaches (pre chopped and frozen) 100 ml liquid egg white (pasteurized) Lemon juice from 1 lemon Liquid sweetener to taste Vanilla extract (1/4 tsp) Cinnamon (1/4 tsp)

Instructions: 1. Pour 1.5 frozen peaches, egg white, lemon juice, vanilla, sweetener, cinnamon into a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Pour in the remaining 0.5 frozen peach and blend until roughly smooth.

Serve right away with some sliced fresh peaches.
