Introduction: Take Multiple Exposures on a Polaroid Spectra

Hello everyone! Today I will teach you how to take multiple exposures on a polaroid spectra camera. I have recently fallen in love with polaroid cameras and love taking pictures with them. I really like the fact that right after you take the photograph you will have a hard copy within seconds! So I hopped on ebay and bought myself a polaroid spectra system camera. In this Instructable I will show you how to take double exposures on a polaroid spectra camera.

Step 1: Materials

For this Instructable you will need:

1. A spectra type polaroid camera (you can get them on ebay for cheap)

2. Polaroid instant film witch is now made by the impossible project

It's that simple! :)

Step 2: Hold It

First take your shot Like if you were going to take a regular picture but instead of letting go of the shutter button just hold it down, The camera will not eject the film as long as you have your finger on that button.

Step 3: Press It

Now you need to make the camera forget it took a shot so you go to the right side of your camera (your right) and press the button, You don't need to hold it. Now you have just opened the film door and the camera has completely forgotten about the previous shot! Shut the door and go to take your next shot like normal and the film will spit out like usual.

Step 4: Done!

Now this time if you want a double exposure then you can let the film eject like normal, or you can take more exposures just keep repeating steps. I have found that the best pictures are 2-3 exposures. You need to play around with the settings and see how you like your pictures. As you can see by the examples some turn out better than others. If you would like to see more of my instant pictures here is a link to my instagram account where I post them. Thank you so much and have fun shooting! Any questions? drop them below
