Introduction: Meringue Dessert With Apples and Cinnamon

Meringue dessert with apples and cinnamon.
This delicious dessert is a treat in winter during the apple season. In summer it’s heaven when combined with red fruit for example strawberries.

The secret ingredient: rosewater.

Step 1: Ingredients

the ingredients:
  • 4 apples
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ l cream
  • 250 grams meringue
  • rosewater
  • 1 bunch of mint

Step 2: Peel and Bake the Apples

Peel the apples , cut them into small pieces and bake them softly for 5 minutes with the sugar and cinnamon.

Step 3: Whip the Cream and Mix This

Whip the cream and mix this with the crumbles meringues and a few drops of rosewater.

Step 4: Divide the Apples Over 4 Glasses.

Divide the apples over 4 glasses.
Put the meringue cream on top.
Garnish with mint.
