Mexican Hot Chocolate Mix

This is a hot chocolate mix that you can give as a wedding gift.

Step 1: Ingredients

Uno. 2 cups powdered milk

Dos. 1 cup malted milk powder

Tres. 1 cup instant chocolate milk powder

Quatro. 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Cinco. 1/3 cup sugar

Seis. 1 tsp. cinnamon

Step 2: Directions

In a big bowl, mix up powdered milk and milk powder, chocolate milk powder, cocoa powder, sugar and cinnamon. Sift into a different big bowl. Sift back into the first bowl.

Step 3: Directions

Carefully pour mix into a 1 quart canning jar.

Step 4: Directions

Put the lid on the jar. You can decorate if you want.

Step 5: Directions

Give as a gift with instructions that read: "Put 1/3 cup of mix in a mug. Add 8 oz hot water. Stir."

Mmm this sounds really good on a cold day. A friend's grandma made me some mexican hot chocolate once with a similar recipe, only she added in a bit of chili powder. After the initial surprise of drinking a spicy beverage it was pretty good.
