Build a base like this.

Step 2: Stack

Next, your going to stack up, you can go as high as you want, but I did 9 then added a door.

Step 3: The Patern

Keep on doing a pattern on the inside, sign then water, all the way up!

Step 4: Finish

Now just build a base at the top, and your done!
