Introduction: Money Saving Machine

This is how to make a money saving machine in tinkercad with electric motors. When you feed money in the machine the first motor grabs the money and then two rollers grab the money and feed it into a container for saving the money

Step 1: Make Grid

click edit grid in tinkercad and make grid 600mmx600mm

Step 2: Make Main Box

Take a box out of basic shapes in tinkercad and scale it to 400mm long 120mm wide and 20mm tall.

Step 3: Make Box #1

Take a box out of basic shapes and scale it to 53mm tall 49mm wide and 120mm long we will be calling it box #1.

Step 4: Make Box #2

Take a box out of basic shapes and scale it to 103mm tall 35mm wide and 98mm long we will be calling it box #2 and make it into a hole.

Step 5: Align the Boxes

Select box #1 and box #2 then align them in the middle.

Step 6: Group the Boxes

Then group box #1 and #2.

Step 7: Turn Mechanism Box

Then turn 90 degrees we will be calling this piece mechanism box.

Step 8: Make Cylinder #1

Take a cylinder from basic shapes and scale it 115mm tall and diameter 20mm we will be calling it cylinder #1.

Step 9: Make Cylinder #2

Take a cylinder from basic shapes and scale it to 151mm tall and diameter 5.77 we will be calling cylinder #2.

Step 10: Align Cylinder #1 and Cylinder #2

align cylinder #1 and cylinder #2 in the middle.

Step 11: Move Cylinder #1

Move cylinder #1 up 10mm.

Step 12: Group

Group cylinder #1 and cylinder #2 we will be calling this piece roller.

Step 13: Turn

Turn roller 90 degrees.

Step 14: Align

Align roller in the middle of the mechanism box.

Step 15: Move Roller

Move roller up 25mm.

Step 16: Make Other Roller

Duplicate roller then move it down 25mm.

Step 17: Gear

Get a useful gear from all shapes on page 3 in tinkercad.

Step 18: Turn Gear

Turn gear 90 degrees.

Step 19: Align Gear

Align gear with roller in the middle.

Step 20: Move Gear

Move gear until it is 1mm from the mechanism box.

Step 21: Duplicate Gear

Duplicate gear then move it up 25mm and group.

Step 22: Make Motor Cylinder #1

Take a cylinder out of basic shapes and scale it to 18mm tall and diameter 34mm.

Step 23: Make Motor Cylinder #2

Take a cylinder and scale it to 44mm tall and 7mm diameter.

Step 24: Make Motor

Select both motor cylinder #1 and motor cylinder #2 and align them in the middle and group we will be calling this piece motor.

Step 25: Turn Motor

Turn motor 90 degrees.

Step 26: Align Motor and Mechanism Box

Align motor and mechanism box in the middle.

Step 27: Move Motor Up

Move motor up 63mm.

Step 28: Align Motor

Align motor and mechanism box then ungroup mechanism box.

Step 29: Move Motor

Move motor to the right 60mm

Step 30: Get Final Gear

Click the gear below the motor and duplicate it then move it up 28mm then group.

Step 31: Get #2 Motor

Get a motor from components in tinkercad.

Step 32: Turn Motor

Turn motor 90 degrees.

Step 33: Turn Motor

Turn motor 120.5 degrees set aside.

Step 34: Make Motor Mount

Get a box from basic shapes and scale it to 20mm tall 20mm wide and 5mm wide

Step 35: Move Motor Mount

Move motor mount up 50mm.

Step 36: Align Motor Mount

Align motor mount with mechanism box in this way move it to the right 30mm then group.

Step 37: Align Motor

Align motor in this way then move motor to the right 15mm and move it up 15mm and group.

Step 38: Align Mechanism Box With Main Box

Align mechanism box with main box in like this.

Step 39: Move Mechanism Box Up

Move mechanism box up 15mm.

Step 40: Move Mechanism Box Backwards

Move mechanism box backwards 60mm and group.

Step 41: Make Money Grabber

Get a box out of basic shapes and scale it to 76mm long 10mm wide and 3mm tall we will be calling this piece money grabber.

Step 42: Turn Money Grabber

Turn money grabber 45 degrees.

Step 43: Align Money Grabber and Mechanism Box

Align money grabber and mechanism box like this.

Step 44: Move Money Grabber Up

Move money grabber up 35mm.

Step 45: Move Money Grabber Forward

Move money grabber forward 28mm.

Step 46: Move Money Grabber

Move money grabber to the left 28mm and group.

Step 47: Make Money Ramp

Get a box out of basic shapes and scale it to 20mm tall 10mm wide and 120mm long.

Step 48: Turn Money Ramp

Turn money ramp -45 degrees.

Step 49: Align Money Ramp

Align money ramp with mechanism box like this.

Step 50: Move Money Ramp

Move money money ramp up 14mm and backwards 57mm and group with mechanism box

Step 51: Make Money Storage Box

Get a box and scale it to 120mm wide 278mm long75mm tall and set it aside we will be calling this piece money box.

Step 52: Make Money Box Hole

Get box and scale it to 65mm tall 260mm long and 120mm wide then make it into a hole then move it 6mm above the work plane.

Step 53: Cut Money Box

Align money box hole and and money box in the middle then move money box hole forwards 10mm and group money box hole and money box.

Step 54: Group Money Box and Mechanism Box

Align money box and mechanism box like this then group.

Step 55: Make Money Hatch

Get a box and scale it to 54mm wide 65mm long and 55mm tall then move piece down 10mm then align it like this and group.

Step 56: Make Money Guides

Get a box and scale it to 38mm tall 4mm wide and 73mm tall this we will call this piece money guide next align it like this then move it to the right 20mm then duplicate money guide and bring it over to the other side and group.
