3D Model of Monteriggioni City in Assassin's Creed 2.

Step 1:

Download 3ds MAX.
Make a rectangle from plane.
Press Button "M' then click on square button on the right side of diffuse.
Click on the bitmap and select the image you want for reference.

Step 2:

Make the ground level by using line.
Convert it into editable poly.
Then press button (Alt + X) to make the ground transparent and freeze it.

Step 3:

Make the walls from line then convert it into editable poly.
Select the wall to extrude it and then press buttton (Alt + X) to make it transparent.
After that freeze it. 

Step 4:

Make the pillars from plane.
Convert it into editable poly and extrude it.
Then freeze the pillars.
 

Step 5:

Make the palace from line.
Convert it into editable poly.
Extrude and then Bevel it.
Make it transparent and freeze.

Step 6:

Make two more ground from line.
Convert it into editable poly.
Extrude it.
Make both the grounds transparent and freeze it.

Step 7:

Make the stairs from line.
Convert it in to editable poly.
Extrude.
Select the edges and click on the settings next to connect button then set how much you require for making the stairs 
Then make it transparent and freeze it.

Step 8:

Make the small walls from line.
Convert it into editable poly.
Extrude and freeze it.
Then make the stairs on the ground which was made in step 6.

Step 9:

Select the fat Pillar for making the way through it.
Select the edges of the fat pillar then click the connect button.
Select the polygon and delete it.
Select the inner edges and click on the bridge button.
After completing the pillars then do same thing with the south wall.
After making the way to get in the city complete the palace.

Step 10:

Start making all the houses from lines and extrude it. After that bevel all the houses in the end.
