Hey guys,

I am very much excited to share this wonderful, quick and easy recipe with you all. This recipe is loved by people of all the age groups. It can be a great party snack as well as late night snack.

Supplies

For Stuffing :


Grated Cheese - 125 grams
Chopped Onion (small) - 1
Chopped Capsicum - ½
Chopped Coriander - 1 tbsp
Green chilli paste - 2 tsp
Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
Chilli flakes - ½ tsp
Salt


For dough :


Refined wheat flour - 1 cup
Oil
Salt
Water


Slurry (corn flour + water)

Step 1: Preparation of Dough

Take a bowl and add refined wheat flour to it.
Then add salt as per taste and oil (about 2 tsp) to it.
Add water to it as per requirement and make a soft dough.
Let it rest for about 20 minutes.

Step 2: Preparation of Stuffing

Take a bowl.
Add Grated cheese.
Then add chopped Onions, chopped Capsicum, chopped Coriander, green chilli paste, black pepper powder, chilli flakes and salt to it.
Mix it well.
Now, the Stuffing is ready.
{ You can add more cheese if you want to :) }

Step 3: Preparation of Sheets From Dough for the Pockets

Firstly, kneed the dough for 2-3 minutes.
Partition the dough into equal ball sized doughs (small).
Now, coat all the small dough pieces in refined wheat flour.
Apply oil on them on the one side and then place one small dough piece on other and slightly press them. (Make sure that the oiled sides are on the interior side while pressing)
Make such pairs of 2 of all the pieces.
Then take that paired dough balls on a board and make small chappatis using rolling pin.
Take a pan and partially cook chappatis( on both sides) at a medium flame.
(Make sure that the chappatis are to be cooked on both sides for just 3-4 seconds each.)
Now let it cool for a while and then carefully separate the pair of chappatis.

Step 4: Assembling of Micro Cheese Pockets

Now cut each chappati from middle and divide into two.
Take that semi circular part and add the Stuffing in the middle of it.
Seal it with the corn flour slurry from the sides to make pockets.
Take oil in a frying pan.
Then fry these micro cheese pockets on medium flame in oil.
Now the mouth watering micro cheesy pockets are ready...!!

Step 5: Serving

Serve it hot with any dip or sause you like.
