Introduction: Mushroom Parsley Omelet Recipe



3 eggs

150g champignon

1 half glas milk

1 hand breadcrumbs

1 spoon parsley

salt, pepper, soja sauce

Step 1: Preparation

Give the eggs in a cup. Scatter salt, pepper & a bit soja sauce. Add parsley and breadcrumbs. Stir it together. Cut the champignons in small pieces and fry them a few minutes in a pan.

Step 2: Finish

Remove the champignon a give them in the cup. Stir it together and pour it in the pan. Fry the omelet in a pan on both sides and enjoy.
