Introduction: N64 Controller Thumb Stick Repair

Do you still have that old nintendo 64 and that old controller that has a floppy joystick and want it fixed well you've coned to the right place.And if anything happens to your controller I am not held responsible.

Step 1: Materials

Your going to need a controller (no duh)
2 screw drivers 1 very small and 1 big
And that all.

Step 2: Unscrew the Screws

Before you do anything else unplug the controller from the console and detach what ever is inside the slot under the controller.ok back to the screws there are seven visible one and two hidden screws look at the pictures.

Step 3: Opening

When all the screws are loosened your going to want to keep upside down and gently and slowly pull but be warned because the l and r buttons easily fall but they can just be put back on.

Step 4: Joystick Capsule

There are four screws at the joystick capsule unscrew d and you will be able to get to the joystick. Once they're rout your going to see too hinges on the back pull the carefully and don't break the once it's out you can now just open it up an clean it up or I you have a new joystick you can put that in.

Step 5: End
