Introduction: No Yeast Dinner Rolls

Dinner Rolls are small, usually round individual loaf of bread served as a meal accomplishment which can be eaten plain or with the butter. They are found in most cuisines all over the world.

Supplies

All Purpose flour – 1-1/2 cup

Yogurt – ¼ cup

Sugar – 1 teaspoon

Baking powder – 1 teaspoon

Baking Soda – ¼ teaspoon

Salt – 1 teaspoon

Eno Fruit Salt – 1 teaspoon

Oil – 1-1/2 tablespoon

Milk – for brushing

Butter – as required

Step 1: Make a Sticky Dough

Take a mixing bowl, add all purpose flour, yogurt, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, eno fruit salt together. Mix well. Now add water little by little and make a dough. At this stage, dough will be sticky.

Step 2: Add Oil and Knead It Well

Now take the dough on a flat surface, add oil little by little and knead for about 5 to 7 minutes.

Step 3: Divide the Dough Into Equal Portions and Make Balls

Now when you notice that dough is no longer sticking, grease your palm with oil and divide the dough in 8 equal portions and make balls.

Step 4: Arrange Ball on a Greased Tray

Arrange balls on a greased tray by keeping some distance between them. Brush them with the milk.

Step 5: Bake Dinner Rolls

Preheat oven at 200 C and bake the dinner rolls for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 6: Brush With Butter and Cover It With Wet Cloth

Remove the tray and apply butter over the baked dinner rolls. Cover with a wet cloth and let it cool. Once cooled, remove and separate the dinner rolls.

Step 7: Ready to Serve

Now they are ready to serve.
