Step 1: Intro

the snowflake base is a series of folds that you use to construct many different types of snow flakes.Since it's origami of course all you need is paper

Step 2: Folding Begins

Take the square sheet of paper and fold it in half.crease well. Next fold the paper in half again but this time only crease and inch from the bottom

Step 3: Folding Continued

Take one of the corners at the bottom of the triangle. Fold it starting at the middle crease up about 2/3 of the way. Then Flip it over and make an identical fold going the other way
