PVC Mjolnir Water Gun

This will kick your next squirt gun fight up to a 11 out of 10

Step 1:

Cut a piece of 1 1/2 inch thick pvc pipe 16 inches long. This will sere as the shaft of your hammer

Step 2:

For the head of the hammer I used a foam flooring tile.

Step 3:

Cut two pieces of tile 10 inches long and 5 1/4 inches wide. These will become the top and bottom of your hammer

Step 4:

Take one of these pieces and place a 1 1/2 inch pvc pipe cap at the center and cut a hole around it. this will be on top of your hammer

Step 5:

Then make a hole in the other piece and slide it on to the shaft

Step 6:

You will need to cut two 5 by 6 inch pieces and two 6 by 9 3/4 inch pieces

Step 7:

Tape, glue, or staple the pieces onto the shaft, but keep the top piece, you will glue this on later

Step 8:

Drill a hole in your pipe cap for the water to squirt out of.

Step 9:

Glue the cap on the top of your shaft using pvc cement.

Step 10:

Tape or glue the top piece onto your hammer.

Step 11:

Paint the hammer head grey and the shaft brown

Step 12:

Now we'll start on the plunger. Take a 1/2 inch pvc pipe and cut into a 17 inch piece. This will be the shaft of the plunger

Step 13:

Take a 1 1/2 inch pipe cap and drill a hole big enough for the shaft to slide in and glue it on the end. This will serve as a handle

Step 14:

Take a rubber 1 1/2 inch pipe cap and drill a hole in the center and slide it on the shaft

Step 15:

Paint the entire shaft brown

Step 16:

Take a 1/2 inch pipe cap and glue a grommet around it. This will slide into your 1 1/2 inc pipe and cause suction.

Step 17:

Use the pvc cement to connect the plunger onto the top of the shaft

Step 18:

Slide the plunger into the hammer and tighten the rubber pipe cap. Your hammer is now compete

Step 19: Tips

If your hammer doesn't suck up water it probably isn't sealed probably Glue a o-ring around the plunger

If your hammer is too hard to pull out and push in try putting grease on the inside of the shaft

If someone is charging you in a water war don't be afraid to use mjolnir as a hammer
