    Step 1: The Project

    I have identified some legal ideas searching the Instructables projects and the internet, so I went along with the idea of creating an outline for this project. A great reference was the design of PVC Dremel Drill Press.

    Step 2: Designing

    The project was divided into four structural elements: base, column, support and rotary tool. As a rule the possibility of disassembling each element and saving individually.

    Step 3: Building the Base Structure

    For this steps you need to cut PVC Pipes following this sizes and glue the PVC Pipes and Connectors following the image.

    PVC Pipes sizes:

    Type 20 mm (1/2")

    230 mm (9.05") = 2x

    130 mm (5.11") = 1x

    50 mm (1.96") = 2x

    Step 4: Building the Column Structure

    For this steps you need to cut PVC Pipes following this sizes and glue the PVC Pipes and Connectors following the image.

    Type 20 mm (1/2")

    50 mm (1.96") = 1x

    230 mm (9.05") = 2x

    40 mm (1.57") = 2x

    Step 5: Building the Support Framework

    For this steps you need to cut PVC Pipes following this sizes and glue the PVC Pipes and Connectors following the image.

    Type 25 mm (3/4")

    18 mm (0.7") = 2x

    36 mm (1.41") = 3x

    72 mm (2.83") = 1x

    Step 6: Building the Structure of Rotary Tool

    For this steps you need to cut PVC Pipes following this sizes and glue the PVC Pipes and Connectors following the image.

    Type 25 mm (3/4")

    36 mm (1.41") = 2x

    Step 7: Putting the Complete Structure Together

    Everything is prepared to be connected, so let's turn some connections.

    Step 8: Assembling the Rotary Tool

    To fix the motor I made a PVC holder and soldered the wires.
