Introduction: Pasta Drying Rack (compact)

This is a compact pasta drying rack that can be assembled and disassembled for easy storage.

Step 1: Material

1" dowel, 1/2" dowel, 1/2" flat stock.

Step 2: Arms and Base

Cut 4 arms from the 1/2" dowel. Cut a square base piece with the flat stock.

Step 3: Base Support

Cut two circular pieces from flat base stock. Glue them together and sand smooth.

Step 4: Base

Glue the circular base supports to the square base piece.

Step 5: Base Hole

Drill a 1" hole into the base to accommodate the trunk.

Step 6: Trunk

Drill 1/2" holes into the trunk in 4 places at 45 degrees from one another.

Step 7: Finishing Oil

Apply finishing oil to the base and trunk.

Step 8: Assemble
