Introduction: Peanut Butter Apple Muffins

About: I am a Family and Consumer Science teacher at a school in Scranton, PA. My students create Instructables of the recipes we make in class.

We started by cutting the muffin in half. Then we measured a cup of peanut butter and put it on the muffins. After, we mixed the cinnamon, ginger, sugar, and nutmeg in a small bowl. Next we thinly sliced the apple and put the slices on the muffins. After we put the apple slices on the muffins we put about two teaspoons of the mixed spices on them and put them in the oven for ten minutes. When they were done cooking we let them sit and cool for about two or three minutes.
