Introduction: Pen and Pencil Holder
Have you ever had pens laying all over the place and you don't know what to do with them? Well, then I have the perfect solution. This pen and pencil holder only takes a few steps to make and is a good way to reuse old cans. So lets get started!
Supplies
2 or more cans depending on how big you want it to be
Knife
Spray paint (color of your choice)
Glue
place to dry
Step 1: Cutting the Tops Out and Gluing
Start by taking your knife and cutting the tops out of the cans. Once the tops are cut out get your glue and glue the cans together.
Step 2: Get Ready to Spray Paint the Cans
Once the cans are glued together and the glue has dried then shake up your spray paint for about a minute.
Step 3: Spray the Cans
Go outside and spray the cans so that they are completely covered in paint and then let them dry on a paper towel or a piece of cardboard.
Step 4: Then You Are Done
When the cans are done drying you can then clean up those pens and pencils on your desk that are all over the place.

You can also use a can opener :)
Honestly, I only do the first half of step 1, leaving them as a slide with the original stetic from the can, but I do it ALL the time.
Soda cans (and cans in general) are very practical.
