Pigeon Wing Hat

Don't have color papers or pretty good materials in this pandemic ? Panic not !! You still can DIY whatever is available with you .
As name suggests hat consisits of wings of pigeons which fell off from their nests at my home garden . It can be designed using newspaper or color papers too.

Supplies

1. Paper plate-2
2. Scissor
3. Ribbon cut out from old saree
4. Glue
5. Wings
6. Buttons
7. Bowl

Step 1: Base

First ,take paper plate.

Peel off the aluminium foil from it .
Now, take the bowl . Spread glue all over it .Paste that foil.

Let it dry.

Paste bowl on another paper plate.
Let it dry.

Cutout the paper plate portion underneath the bowl.

Step 2: Decoration

Apply glue horizontally all round the bowl.
Now ,carefully place wings on the bowl.

Wrap the ribbon ( length as required ) along the bowl.
Let it dry.
Place buttons anywhere you want on the ribbon.

Step 3: Ready to Wear

Your new funny hat is ready to wear .
