In this intractable you will learn how to create a Christmas tree out of a pinecone. (The perfect gift or decoration for the Christmas season.)

Supplies

Materials:

-Pinecone x2

-Cork

-Cardboard

-Blue & yellow acrylic paint

Tools:

-Glue gun

-Pencil

-Rubber

-Scissors

-Paint brush

Step 1:

Start by warming up the hot glue gun and leave it to the side for later.

Step 2:

Cut the cork in half with scissors.

Step 3:

Next, take the yellow and blue paint and mix it together on a scrap piece of paper to make green paint. (If you already have green paint then skip this step.)

Step 4:

Draw out two stars on the cardboard using a pencil. Then carefully cut them out with scissors.

Step 5:

Take the warm hot glue gun and glue the cork to the bottom of the pinecone. Then glue the cut-out star on the top of the pinecone. Wait for 1-2 minutes for the glue to dry before continuing with the next step. Repeat this step for the second Christmas tree.

Step 6:

Take the green paint and paint the sides of the pinecone using a paint brush. After that, clean the brush with water then paint the star with the yellow paint. Repeat this step for the second Christmas tree.

Step 7:

If you have glitter, pompoms, or any other decorations that you want to use then you can decorate your Christmas tree as you wish (this last step is optional).
