About: My name is Sabina Stan. I am a visual artist based in Romania. I work with rope, paper and recycled aluminium cans and I can do just about anything (figurative or abstract) in the technique I use, which is an …
I decided to take a break from my usual stuff and make a plant-pot hanger.
Here it is how :)

Supplies

Rope
Scissors
Glue gun

Step 1: Netting the Rope

  • Cut several bits of rope
  • Unwind the ends of rope
  • Net two ends of different bits together (see gif image)
  • Glue the ends of the rope
  • Cut the messy bits left to give it a clean look
  • Do this until you have a surface that can cover the bottom of the pot
  • Leave four to six lose ends in the process
  • Use these ends to net longer bits of rope

Step 2: Making the Hanging Loop

Tie the ropes above the pot two by two
Unite the netted parts in a way that forms a loop

Step 3: Enjoy :)
