2 Panneaux MDF
4 PVC Tubes 50 cm
2 PVC Tubes 30 cm
2 PVC Tubes 1,20 m
4 PVC Knee 90°
4 PVC Knee 45°
4 PVC Glove
1 Blue spray paint
1 Green spray paint
1 Yellow spray paint
1 Saw
1 PVC glue
6 Table tennis ball
8 Clamps
(Before starting the assembly, cut the tubes according to the sizes mentioned below and if you prefer, paint the color of preference)
Step 2: Cut the Tubes According to the Component
Component 1:
- 1,20 m of PVC pipe (1)
- With the help of the glue, fit the tube in the knee of 45°.
Component 2:
- Cut 50 cm of pvc tube (2 and 8)
- Cut 30 cm of all pvc (5)
- Collect in the upper part of the tube 2, the one 45° knee (1)
- Collect in the bottom of the whole 2 a 90° knee (3)
- Then glue a glove (4) to the 90° knee (3)
- Collect the glove (4) to the 90° knee (3)
- Then glue the tube (5) with a 90° knee (6)
- Collect a glove (7) on the knee (6)
- In order to finish put the glove (7) or 50 cm tube (8)
Component 3:
- Cut 1,20m of PVC tube (2)
- Collect a 45° knee (1) on the tube surface (2)
Component 4:
- Cut 50 cm of pvc tube (2 and 7)
- Cut 30 cm of all of pvc (4)
- Collect in the upper part of the tube 2, the one 45° knee (1)
- Collect in the bottom of the whole 2 a 90° knee (3)
- Then glue a glove (4) to the 90° knee (3)
- Then glue the tube 5 to the sleeve (4)
- Collect a glove (6) in the tube (5)
- Collect the knee from 90° (7) to the glove (6)
- In order to finish, stick the tube (8) to the knee (7)
Step 3: After the Construction of the 4 Components
After the construction of the 4 components:
- Place the two parallel plates apart, where there is a space between them as if there were another plate.
- Put the 4 components between the plates, with the following arrangement: Component 1, 2, 3 and 4, all with the same spacing distance between them and with the same height in relation to the floor.
- To fix the boards mentioned above, use 8 clamps, one for each component on each board, and two for each component.
