Introduction: Pulled Turkey Nachos With Beans and Babycorn Recipe



500g turkey breast

200g nachos

250g babycorn

150g chester cheese

200ml cream

300g kidney beans

150g feta cheese

curry & pepper

Step 1: Preparation

Fry the turkey breast in a pan on both sides. Pull the turkey breast with 2 forks and put it back in the pan. Add curry & pepper and stir it a few minutes. Now add cream and stir it to the right texture. Give a few nachos on a plate and place kidney beans. Cut the spring onions in pieces and lay a few on the nachos. Place pulled turkey and quartered babycorn. Crumble feta cheese over it and chester cheese stripes on top.

Step 2: Finish

Make a second layer like the first layer and put the plate in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air. After 10 minutes it´s ready to serv and enjoy.
